Meet Our Founder
Erin Swinkels (she/her)
Owner, Director

Pearl Inspirations is owned and operated by Erin Swinkels, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Behaviour Analyst (BCBA, RBA (Ont.)) and Registered Early Childhood Educator.

Erin founded Pearl Inspirations with the desire to make a meaningful impact in the world. With a background in speech language pathology, behaviour analysis and early childhood education, she embarked on this journey with big dreams and big visions.

She has almost 10 years' experience working with children and youth with a variety of diagnoses as an SLP & BCBA. She also has experience working for both private practice and in school based services, as well as experience as a clinical practice leader and clinic manager. Guided by a passion for evidence based practice and personalized learning approaches, Erin strives to shape an environment that fosters curiosity, a love of learning, critical thinking, and growth for our staff and our families. She believes interdisciplinary practice should be at the heart of everything we do - there is so much we can learn from each other.
Our team at Pearl Inspirations is driven by shared values and, together, we aspire to be catalysts for positive change in the lives of our learners. I am excited to lead individuals in their journey and look forward to contributing to the development of confident, empowered, and lifelong learners.
